Wealthica
wealthica.com
Canadian aggregator syncing investment, bank and crypto accounts into one dashboard with capital gains, income and performance reports; US in beta.
What it is
Wealthica pulls balances, holdings and transactions from your financial institutions into a single dashboard, so you can see net worth, asset allocation and activity across every account without logging into each one. On top of the synced data it builds a balance sheet, capital gains report (including currency gains and losses), income, fee and performance reports, cash-drag and new-transaction notifications, and a budgeting tool. Accounts can be grouped by family member or trust, dashboards shared with others, and the data exported or synced to Google Sheets or Excel.
It is a Canadian company and its coverage reflects that. The entry Connect plan links three Canadian institutions; Unlimited Connect adds unlimited synced accounts through Plaid and Yodlee plus crypto and other digital assets. Connecting US financial institutions is listed as a beta feature, and only on the Premium and Prestige plans. US investors should confirm their broker connects during the 14-day trial before paying.
Every plan is a subscription, cheaper when paid yearly: $50 to $250 a year, or $6.25 to $29.99 a month. The pricing page does not state the currency. Premium adds 15-minute delayed quotes on holdings and unlimited portfolios and has a 60-day money-back policy; Prestige adds geographic allocation and VIP support. Excel sync and the Wealthscope analysis plugin cost extra.
