SecForm4.com reads SEC EDGAR and republishes insider and ownership filings as they appear. Form 4 filings show purchases and sales by company officers, directors and 10% owners; 13D and 13G filings show investors crossing 5% ownership; 13F filings show quarterly holdings of institutional managers. Free pages include the latest filings, lists of all insider buys, significant buys, insider sales, penny stock insider buying and top gainers after insider buying, plus hedge fund lists and the stocks most bought and sold by institutions each quarter.
The analysis tools sit behind two paid memberships. Insider Advanced ($44.95 a month) adds real-time daily filing data, up to 100 insider watch alerts and a graph view of insider activity by sector. Insider Pro ($49.95 a month) adds unlimited watch alerts, insider buy and sell ratios, the insider trading screener, a dividend screener, user-defined email alerts and CSV downloads. Both are cheaper per month on 3, 6 or 12-month terms, and first-time subscribers get a seven-day free trial.
Without Insider Pro, the insider trading screener shows data delayed by six months, so it is not usable for current signals on the free tier.
