OpenInsider

openinsider.com

Free, no-signup screener of SEC Form 4 insider trades, with ready-made lists of cluster buys, officer and CEO purchases, and large insider sales.

What it is

OpenInsider turns the Form 4 filings that company officers, directors and 10% owners must send the SEC into sortable tables. It is plain and fast: no account, no charts beyond a daily buy-sell chart, and no paywall. Each row shows the filing and trade dates, the insider and their title, the trade type, price, quantity, the change in their holding and the dollar value, plus the stock's price change 1 day, 1 week, 1 month and 6 months later.

The menus hold ready-made screens: latest cluster buys (several insiders buying the same stock), penny stock buys, insider, officer and CEO/CFO purchases of $25,000 or more, sales of $100,000 or more, and top purchases and sales of the day, week and month. Every ticker and insider name links to a page with their full filing history.

The screener lets you build your own query by ticker, insider, price, filing and trade date ranges, filing delay, transaction type (purchase, sale, grant, option exercise, gift and others), trade size, ownership change, industry and insider title, and can group results by company.

Data comes straight from sec.gov and is refreshed from 6:00 to 22:00 ET on weekdays. The site only works over plain http; there is no https version.
