Scanz
scanz.com
A real-time scanning platform for active US stock traders, combining data, breakout-signal, news and SEC filing scans with Level 2, charts and prints.
What it is
Scanz is built around one job: surfacing US stocks that match a setup as it happens. It covers Nasdaq, NYSE, AMEX and OTC names, runs across pre-market, regular and after-hours sessions, and goes down to one-minute time frames. Scans come in four kinds: data scans with more than 400 filters, signal scans for over 15 technical breakout events including block trades, news scans, and SEC filing scans.
Around the scanners sit decision tools: filterable Level 2 with time and sales, charts with indicators, trade prints that can be linked to scan results, and watchlists. All plans use real-time data and news, so the difference between tiers is capacity, not data quality.
That difference is large. Starter at $89 a month lets you build as many scans as you like but run only one at a time, save one scan of each type and keep a single 20-symbol watchlist, with no alerts and no desktop app. Pro at $199 a month removes those limits, adds unlimited alerts, custom columns and the Windows and Mac desktop app with layouts and multi-monitor support. Ultra, at $999 a month by contact, adds scans built for you, API access and automated trading hooks. Starter and Pro have a 7-day free trial that requires a card and converts to paid unless cancelled.
