MarketInOut
marketinout.com
Long-running stock screener and backtester for 40+ exchanges, with a formula language, plain-English AI screens and memberships of six months to two years.
What it is
MarketInOut is a web-based screener built for traders who want to define their own rules. The standard screener picks from a long list of technical and fundamental criteria, including trend lines, Fibonacci levels, chart and candlestick patterns, channels, and scoring models such as Piotroski and Altman. The Formula Screener goes further, letting you combine timeframes, index conditions and custom scores in one expression, and an AI screener turns a plain-English description of a strategy into screening logic.
The same screens and formulas feed a Strategy Backtester with more than 25 years of history that keeps delisted stocks, so results are free of survivorship bias. Around them sit charts (including Renko and point-and-figure), watchlists, a portfolio tracker, correlation tools, crypto screening and email or SMS alerts when new stocks match a saved screen.
The free version runs the main tools with limits: the screener shows only part of the results and the backtester uses data from the current year only. There is no monthly plan; membership is paid up front for six months, one year or two years, and payments are not refundable. A seven-day trial account is available on request from support. Data for NYSE, Nasdaq, IEX, TSX, forex and crypto is near real time; other exchanges are 15 minutes delayed.
