DivTracker

divtracker.app

Dividend income tracker for iPhone, iPad and web, with a payout and ex-dividend calendar, income forecasts and US brokerage linking on the top plan.

What it is

DivTracker is built for one job: showing dividend investors what their portfolio pays and when. It lays out upcoming payouts and ex-dividend dates on a calendar, breaks down where your dividend income comes from, and adds basic research for each stock, including earnings, news, dividend history, P/E and payout ratio. Holdings sync between the iOS and iPad apps and the web version, and data can be exported to CSV.

The free plan is enough to try it properly but small: one portfolio with up to ten holdings, entered by hand. Pro removes those limits for a few dollars a month but is still manual entry. Only the Ultimate plan links US brokerage accounts so holdings import and stay up to date automatically.

There is no lifetime purchase; the developer says its data and server costs are recurring, so all paid plans are subscriptions. Push notifications for key dividend events are on iOS; the pricing page lists iPhone and iPad apps and the web, and does not mention an Android app.

Compared with general portfolio trackers, DivTracker is narrower: it is not designed for options, crypto or detailed performance attribution, but it is inexpensive and focused for income investors.
