Zacks Earnings Calendar
zacks.com
Free earnings calendar with Zacks consensus estimates, results and surprises, plus sales, guidance, revisions, dividends and splits; Premium adds ESP.
What it is
Zacks Investment Research is built around earnings estimates, and its calendar shows that data for each reporting day. For every company it lists the Zacks Consensus Estimate for earnings per share, the reported figure once results are out, and the surprise, the percentage gap between the two. Separate tabs cover sales, company guidance, estimate revisions, dividends and stock splits, and each ticker links to a company page with its own earnings history and next report date.
The calendar is free to browse. Its value over a plain list of dates is the Zacks context around each report: the Zacks Rank and the estimate revision trend that the rank is based on. Traders who do not follow Zacks's methods will mostly use it as a dated list with consensus figures, which many other calendars also provide.
Zacks Premium, $249 a year after a 30-day free trial, adds the tools Zacks uses for earnings season: the Earnings ESP (Expected Surprise Prediction) filter, which looks for stocks whose most recent estimates differ from the consensus, full access to the Zacks #1 Rank list, premium screens, equity research reports and the Focus List portfolio. Zacks's own performance statistics for these tools are backtests published by the company, not independent results.
