Its Rhea-AI layer summarizes each item and scores its likely impact and sentiment on two separate 1-to-5 scales. Filing feeds cover Form 4 insider trades, 8-K, 10-K, 10-Q, proxy statements and S-1 and S-3 registrations. The Argus momentum scanner flags leading US movers from premarket through after-hours alongside the related news, and filters cover price, float, market cap, keywords and news category.
What you pay for is speed. On the free plan news, filings and halts are delayed one minute and the scanner 15 minutes, with limited filters and one saved preset. Silver cuts the delay to 30 seconds for news and filings and one minute for the scanner, removes ads and allows a 20-stock watchlist. Gold makes everything real time, adds full filters, AI summaries, voice and push alerts and a 50-stock watchlist. Platinum adds a dashboard, shorter Ultra Summaries, a 100-stock watchlist and faster support.
