Federal Reserve FOMC Meeting Calendar
federalreserve.gov
The Federal Reserve's official FOMC meeting schedule, linking each meeting's statement, implementation note, press conference, projections and minutes.
What it is
This page is the primary source for Federal Open Market Committee meeting dates. It lists the eight scheduled two-day meetings for the current and following year; for 2026 they are January 27-28, March 17-18, April 28-29, June 16-17, July 28-29, September 15-16, October 27-28 and December 8-9, and the 2027 dates and the first 2028 meeting are already posted. The four meetings marked with an asterisk (March, June, September and December) come with a Summary of Economic Projections, which includes the dot plot of officials' rate expectations.
After each meeting the entry fills in with links to the policy statement (PDF and HTML), the implementation note, the Chair's press conference, the projection materials where applicable, and the minutes, which are released three weeks after the policy decision. Statements are published at 2:00 p.m. Eastern on the final day of the meeting, and the press conference begins at 2:30 p.m. Past years are archived on the same site.
Because it is the source, the page is where to confirm a date when a third-party economic calendar looks wrong or a meeting is added or moved. It does not show market expectations, rate probabilities or reactions; for those you need a separate tool. The Fed's broader calendar also lists speeches, testimony, the Beige Book and statistical releases, with RSS and email subscriptions.
