Webull
webull.com
Commission-free US brokerage for stocks, ETFs and options with desktop, web and mobile apps, paper trading, and low-cost add-ons for Level 2 data.
What it is
Webull is a US online broker built for self-directed traders. It offers cash, margin and IRA accounts (traditional, Roth and rollover) with no deposit minimum, and trades US stocks and ETFs, fractional shares, OTC stocks, ADRs, options, futures through Webull Futures, crypto, and money market and fixed-income products. It also runs a prediction markets product. The same account works across the mobile app, a web platform and a full desktop program with advanced charts and paper trading on real-time quotes.
Stocks, ETFs and options listed on US exchanges trade without commission; regulatory fees still apply on sales. Some trades do cost money: index options are $0.50 a contract, certain oversized option orders carry $0.10 a contract, algorithmic equity orders are $0.005 a share, and moving stock out of Webull costs $75 per transfer.
Real-time Level 1 quotes (Nasdaq Basic) are free, and options quotes are free in any month you trade at least one option. Deeper data is paid: Nasdaq TotalView Level 2 is $2.99 a month and CME futures data runs $11.99 to $38.99 a month. Webull Premium, at $3.99 a month or $40 a year, bundles TotalView and OPRA real-time data with reduced margin rates, index options commission discounts and a higher yield on uninvested cash.
