TradeBench

tradebench.com

Browser-based trading journal free since 2011, with trade planning, position sizing, checklists and reports, funded by one sponsor link a month.

What it is

TradeBench is a web-based trading journal covering the whole life of a trade: plan it before entry with a customizable checklist and automatic position sizing from your risk settings, track open positions with live prices and P&L on a dashboard, then journal the closed trade with notes, screenshots and TradingView charts. Reports filter results by strategy, instrument, label and timeframe and show figures such as profit factor and win rate, and a comparison table puts trades side by side. Scaling in and out of positions is supported.

It costs nothing and has no paid plans or trade limits. The trade-off is how it is funded: users agree to click one sponsor link a month, shown at login or in a single monthly email. Closed trades can be imported and exported to Excel; the site does not list automatic broker connections, so expect to enter or import trades yourself.

Know the coverage before you commit. TradeBench supports stocks, forex, crypto, CFDs and futures with any broker, but options (including binary options) are not supported; the site offers videos on workarounds. It is designed for screens of 1280×768 or larger, and phones are not officially supported.
